Which states do you ship to?
We currently ship to most U.S. states where direct-to-consumer wine shipping is permitted by law. Please note that an adult signature (21+) is required for all deliveries.
How should I store my wine after it arrives?
For optimal quality, store your bottles in a cool, dark place with a consistent temperature around 55°F (13°C) and keep them lying on their side to ensure the cork stays moist.
What is your return policy for damaged bottles?
If your wine arrives damaged or is flawed, please contact our Guest Services team within 30 days of purchase to arrange for a replacement or a refund.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Yes, once your order leaves our cellar, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number from our preferred carrier, such as UPS or FedEx.
Do you offer gift messaging and packaging?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you can include a personalized gift message, and we offer premium gift box options for our most popular vintages.
