At Robert Mondavi Winery, we strive for excellence in every bottle, but if your shipment arrives damaged or is otherwise unsatisfactory, we are committed to making it right. Due to legal restrictions regarding the sale of alcohol, we can only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged during transit.

Return Process

    Contact Customer Care

    Notify our concierge team within 30 days of your delivery date to report any issues with your order or damaged goods.

    Provide Documentation

    Submit clear photographs of the damaged shipping container and any compromised wine bottles to expedite the review process.

  • 3.
    Await Authorization

    Our team will review your claim and, if approved, provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for the carrier.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Replacement

    Once the return is processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement bottle at no additional cost.
